NIC General Insurance is looking for an experienced person to take up a position of Corporate Communications /Digital Marketing Officer.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Communications Officer/Digital Marketing professional to join our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strategic planner, and proficient executor of digital marketing campaigns and communication strategies.



  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative approaches to achieve campaign goals.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and personable manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Write and edit compelling, high-quality content for digital platforms, including website, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Plan, develop, and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and tracking results.
  • Manage subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and best practices.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing campaigns and communication efforts.
  • Generate regular reports showcasing the effectiveness of various strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve better results over time.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all digital channels and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee all outdoor and indoor branding activities
  • Facilitate effective internal communications and engagement content
  • Develop working relationships with journalists in different types of media outlets
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
