THE National Insurance Corporation (nic) has paid a sh59m claim to Express Logistics Group.
“On December 30 last year, one of our truck drivers had an accident at Kireka while travelling from Jinja,” Alice Namazzi, the publicist of Express Logistics, said while receiving the cheque from Bola Ososanya, the managing director of nic.
Express Logistics deals in transportation of merchandise.
Namazzi said the compensation was processed in a month. Ososanya said since rebranding, they had improved their services.
